Certificate of insurance (COI)

Rental Agreement

Our rental agreement is a legally binding document that outlines the terms and conditions of the rental. It should include the date of the rental, a list of equipment to be rented, the rental period, the cost of the rental, and any additional terms and conditions. Once the rental agreement is signed, the camera renter is ready to go.

First and foremost, all camera renters must provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) before any rental agreement can be completed. Our sample COI document includes the necessary verbiage that needs to be included in order for the rental to be approved. This document must be provided to us prior to the rental agreement being signed. Once the Certificate of Insurance is provided, we can move on to the rental agreement.
